How does your standard shipping work, and how much does it cost?

Good question! Standard shipping costs $10 per item.

When we receive your order with standard shipping applied, we package up your order that day or the next day (depending on the time, we see you midnight online shoppers!) Then, we get in into the post - your order will be on its way to you within a matter of days!

Now, these are “unprecedented times” of course - there are sometimes unexpected delays due to changing border situations, weather events, etc. If you’re based in WA, we would suggest your package will arrive within 5-7 working days (we’re based two hours south of Perth, so we would hope the journey is a quick one!) If you’re based in the Eastern States, and you’re hankering for some of the West’s best, you may wait a little longer - we’re hearing that its actually pretty smooth sailing going from this side to that! We would recommend keeping in mind that, once it’s out of our hands and into the couriers, there’s no way to hurry it along. But we’ll do everything we can to ensure it’s on it’s way as quickly as possible.

Please note that, if you order on weekend or a public holiday, your order won’t be packed until the next business day!

How does express shipping work, and how much does it cost?

Express shipping costs $15, and many of the same elements mentioned above apply - we’ll pack it up quick smart, and get it on it’s way to you! But we engage a premium courier service to deliver it to you, who offer the quickest shipping times possible at that moment. If they have to swim through croc infested waters to get it to you… well, they probably won’t do that, but they DO go above and beyond.

You’re based in WA - can you offer same day delivery in Perth?

We are based in WA, about two hours south of the beautiful city of Perth! Unless advertised specifically, we don’t offer same day delivery there. Each gift is packed up by hand, in a unique combination of pack + artist edition tube, meaning we can’t warehouse packs in our capital.

We do however offer free local delivery in our hometown of Bunbury and surrounds!

And what about international shipping?

Not yet - but we do have big plans, hopes, dreams and IDEAS for some internationally appropriate gifts, so watch this space!

What do I do if my package doesn’t arrive?

That’s an easy one - get in touch with us! We will be able to give you a quick answer on whether it’s a problem that has occurred at our end, or investigate whether it has gone off course somewhere in transit. We definitely encourage people to triple check they’re entering correct mailing details - just one digit awry and Bob the neighbour could be enjoying the Riesling meant for your sister on her birthday. Oh, Bob!

Can you guarantee my package will arrive by a certain date?

Long story short? Sadly, we can’t! We wish that we were able to guarantee shipping time frames with absolute certainty, and we do everything we can to get your package on it’s way to you within 48 hours of ordering, but once it’s into the hands of our friendly postie we’re relying on their speed and efficiency. At this time, the postal service in Australia is experiencing periodic delays - express shipping is still the fastest method, in our experience!
